1.  How do I know where you have properties to rent...?

Go to the 'Property Listings' page on our web site where you can carry out a search under 'Rental Property' and enter location and other search fields.  All listings in that area  and search criteria will be displayed, full details are obtained by clicking on any particular property. 
To carry out a search of all properties in all areas just search 'Rental Properties' and leave the remaining fields clear.

2.  How do I find out if my selected property is available to rent... ?

You can either email rentals@homes-unlimited-turkey.com or complete the online enquiry form on our 'Contact Us' page.  Please quote any dates required together with any property name/reference number.

3.  Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of booking... ?

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental fees is payable at the time of making a booking together with a £100 breakage deposit (refundable).  This amount is payable direct to the nominated account of the property owner.

4.  When and how do I have to pay the balance ... ?

The balance of the cost of rental fees (70%) and the cost of the hirers airport transfer fees is paid direct to us in resort during the first full day of your holiday.

Payment is accepted by Cash & Travellers Cheques

5.  How do I get to the property... ?

The owners property agent (Activities Unlimited) will provide a return airport transfer service to and from the rental property.  Airport transfer costs are to be paid to to Activities Unlimited within 24 hours as advised in the welcome letter.

On exiting the airport terminal please look for our driver who will be displaying a board for 'Activities Unlimited' with your name and party.

Transfer costs in suitable air conditioned and fully insured vehicles from Dalaman airport are:

1-4 persons = £60 return
5-6 persons = £100 return
9-12 persons = £140 return

Transfer time is approximately 1 hour.  Please email for details of transfer costs if outside the above numbers or transfer from and to any other airport.

6.  Who will give me the keys to the property... ?

The key to the property will be held by Activities Unlimited and your airport transfer driver will provide you with a key to the property when they greet you at the airport.

A £25 replacement charge is made if the key is lost or not handed back on departure and will be claimed from the 'breakage deposit'.

7.  What cleaning services are provided during my holiday... ?

All utility services, bed linen and towels are included in the cost of your rental.  Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

Great care is taken in the presentation of the property and is thoroughly cleaned between lets.  Should you be staying for two weeks a change of bed linen and towels will be provided. 

Extra cleaning services are available upon request at a cost to the hirer unless otherwise specified by the owner.

8.  What is my responsibility if I accidentally cause a breakage or damage... ?

Any damage/breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and the cost, based upon replacement value is payable. 

The owner or their agent (Activities Unlimited) reserves the right to repossess the property at any time in the event where serious damage has been caused.

What happens if I have to cancel my holiday... ?

If you are forced to cancel your holiday due to any unforeseen circumstances you must contact Activities Unlimited immediately preferably via email and confirm the cancellation in writing.

Note: We regret that in all cancellation situations the 30% booking deposit is forfeited.

10. Am I insured whilst renting a villa or apartment... ?

No liability is accepted for any injury, loss or damage to guests and/or their belongings.  The owner or their agents cannot accept liability or pay compensation for circumstances or incidents beyond their control, such as breakdown of appliances, plumbing, electricity or exceptional weather conditions.

Note: It is strongly advised that the hirer take out suitable cancellation and travel insurance for your holiday.

11. What are my responsibilities when I hire a villa or apartment... ?

The hirer is responsible for taking care of the property during their stay.  All equipment and contents must be left clean and tidy on departure, with the exception of linen and towels to be laundered. 

The property must be securely locked when the hirer is not present in the property and care must be taken not to expose the property to any fire risk.

The owner or their representative reserves the right to enter the property at any reasonable time with or without any maintenance staff to carry out any repairs in the event that they become necessary, although your right to privacy will be respected.

The hirer and their party are required not to act in a manner that may cause annoyance or inconvenience to other guests or residents.

You are normally expected to vacate the property at 12.00 (noon) on the day of your departure, however this is flexible if there are no other clients arriving the same day.

12. Can I bring my pet with me on holiday... ?

We regret that no pets are allowed in any of our rental properties.

13. Is smoking permitted in the rented property... ?

No smoking is allowed inside any of our rental properties.

14. What happens if the agreed number of guests is exceeded... ?

If your party number exceeds the agreed number of persons when booking the property the entire party will be asked to vacate the property. 

Note: In these circumstances there will be no refund of fees.

15. Who should I get in touch with if I have any problems during my holiday... ?

Should you have any problems during your stay please contact Activities Unlimited. 

A representative of Activities Unlimited will introduce themselves to you on the first day of your holiday.

16. What are the High - Mid & low season dates... ?

Low Season - 1st May till 9th June and all of October
Mid Season  - 10th June till 14th July and all of September
High Season - 15th July till 31st August

Prices are quoted for all above periods on individual 'Rental Property' listings.

17. Can I drink the tap water ?

Drink only bottled water everywhere in resort and you are advised to use bottled water when cooking.

18. Will the villa or apartment have air conditioning ?

Many of our properties will have air conditioning.  However some may have fans, if they are not provided fans are available for hire.

19. Can you fulfill any special request I may have ?

Please notify us of any special request in plenty of time and we will do our best to meet your request.
