There is a small toilet on this level.The lounge and kitchen is open plan.There is a fully fitted kitchen and included in the price are white goods,ie oven,hob,extractor,washing machine and large fridge freezer.There is a very impresssive marble staircase leading you from the lounge to the second floor were we have a shower room and 2 double bedrooms.The bedrooms have fitted waredrobes and the master bedroom has a beautiful balcony with outstanding views of the babdag mountain were you can watch the paragliders flying every day.This balcony also overlooks the pool area.

 
The apartment standards are excellent. All windows and doors are double glazed. Every room comes with air conditioning and there is also solar energy heating. The pool area is excellent. It has a massive pool with garden area surround . The gardens have maintenance and there is also security on site all year. The location is excellent so we recommend viewing asap if interested.
