Green Villa accommodates and has facilities for a maximum of 12 guests.  Fruit trees include apples and peaches which can be eaten in season. The driveway has space for 2 cars. Water is heated by solar power in summer with a back up immersion heater system. All bedrooms plus lounge and kitchen are air-conditioned which can also be used to heat.

Outside:

Garden is mature and has various plants and shrubs including oleanders, fabulous roses and jasmine. Colours around the pool are mainly a vibrant red with yellow, white and pink and there is a beautiful tree in the corner. Lawn goes around 3 sides of the villa and the large, marbled pool terrace has sunbeds etc. The pool is one of the larger private pools in the area. Red brick built-in barbecue on the very large shaded terrace with table and chairs. Fantastic views of the mountains on 3 sides with pool in the sun all day.

Coast/Beach
The world famous Oludeniz beach with the blue lagoon is 10 minutes by dolmus (local minibus service) or taxi, all of which run regularly all day and half the night! There are many different beaches in the area, all of them beautiful and easy to get to. Excellent all day boat trips run from both Oludeniz and Fethiye. The whole region is an explorers paradise.
