(Turkey) is part of Tangal Tourism, the owners
of
Activities Unlimited a well
established local English-Turkish owned and managed
professional licensed travel agency operating in the Oludeniz/Fethiye area.
The company established in 1992
has, due to its success over the years, developed
and expanded
the business and now has a thriving dedicated
property section Homes Unlimited managed and
run by a fully qualified and professional team. "Value for Money"
& "Quality of Service" remains the
cornerstone of our company policy.
The team at Homes Unlimited
with their expertise and intimate and vast local
knowledge are well placed to accurately advise on
all matters relating to property purchase.
With offices in Fethiye to ensure the legal
procedures and necessary paperwork are handled
correctly Homes Unlimited will be there to assist you every step of the way
in realizing your dream of owning a home in the sun.
We have a large portfolio of
properties in the local area consisting of new and
re-sale properties ranging from detached villas with
private swimming pool to one, two, three and four bedroom

About the Team: (These are
some of the people you will meet)
Denise
Tangal - (owner) carries dual nationality
English/Turkish and has spent 23 years in the
tourism and travel industry originally as overseas
manager for a large British tour company.
Moved to Turkey in the early '90's and opened her
own travel agency in Oludeniz in 1992. Met and
married Nail and diversified into real estate due to
Nail's background. Appeared on Channel 4's
original 'A Place in the Sun' filmed in Turkey
during 2000. Looks after and manages all property
sales and overall management of the company.
Nail
Tangal - (owner) Turkish, studied chartered
surveying at university in Turkey and worked for
local government surveying local areas. Opened
a travel agency with a friend then met Denise and
combined both agencies, with Nail's background
breaking into the real estate business was a natural
progression for the company.
Soner
Sakarya - (Office Manager) Turkish and has worked in
the tourism industry for 10 years and for Activities
Unlimited for the past 5 years dealing with the
administration side of the business including the
local council and Tursab (Turkish equivalent of ABTA)
You will find him working in either the Hisaronu or
Fethiye offices.
Ahmet
Alpan - (Sales/Tour Guide) Turkish a fully qualified tour
guide and has worked in many different tourist area
in Turkey since his student days.
Yvonne
Alpan - (Villa Rentals/Admin) carries dual nationality and
has worked for many years as a company
representative in London. Met and married
Ahmet and has lived in Turkey since 1997 working in
many different tourism areas in Turkey.
Angela
Bedford - (Admin/Transfers/Car Hire) of dual nationality
working in administrative positions in the UK before
moving permanently to Turkey
Ilkay Unlukaya - (Admin/Client
accounts) Turkish studying
accountancy at open university and has has known
Denise for many years and has worked for the company
within the tourism sector for the last 5 years and
is a frequent visitor to the UK.
In addition to the above team Homes Unlimited
employs a large local workforce engaged in the
areas of garden maintenance, provision of cleaning
services and catering, chauffeurs, and vehicle
maintenance.
The company also employs Turkish students from the
local Tourism Schools during the summer season to
encourage and develop their language skills and
experience within the Tourism Sector. For full
